FLEXIPUMP FINDS NEW HOME AT CAPRICORN BUSINESS PARK
Flexipump, a company making simple hand-held water pumps perfect for irrigating plants and vegetables, construction and household use, has found a new home to manufacture from in Capricorn Business Park thanks to help from Quagga Property Brokers. “We are very excited to place Flexipump in Boulevard Way at Capricorn,” says Len Pears, Director of Quagga Property Brokers. “We had recently sold the premises to one of our investor clients, so it was great to be able to place Flexipump in their unit as a tenant.”
The 247m2 unit was sold by Quagga for R1 539 000.00 inclusive. Flexipump have signed a 2 year lease with a 2 year option valued at R398 035.74.
Flexipump was originally designed to help rural farmers transform their lives through improved irrigation all over the world, but has since found additional uses especially in the drought stricken Western Cape where water resources have become a limited commodity.
The Flexipump can:
- Pump from a well or stream 6m below the flexipump
- Pump another 10m above the flexipump or 100m along the ground
- Pump up to 1,600 litres per hour with the flexipump
At only 2.5kg’s it is very easy for everyone to use, with no tools required for maintenance – infact you can even make your own spare parts if you need to!
